eXtreme Care: Help your kids deal with divorce!

A divorced home needn’t be a broken home. There is a difference! It all depends on how you help your children in this journey.

‘Sometimes divorce is good. Sometimes divorce is bad. But the thing it always does is cause your life to change.’ – boy , 15 from ‘Helping your kids cope with Divorce’ by M. Gary Neuman

In this interactive workshop Natasha Sutherland facilitates a journey  to better equip parents in helping their children steer and empower themselves in this life altering event. Children are not required to attend the workshop. The process involves the sharing of simple techniques and concepts that can bring harmony and hope to an otherwise chaotic situation.

‘I try to nurture my boys’ relationship with their dad because I want them to understand that the ties that bound us to them were not severed along with the marriage.’ – Natasha Sutherland

The eX Factor : Make your Divorce Count

We often dream about Love , Marriage and Happily Ever Afters…but when Divorce enters the picture we feel like the rug has been pulled out from under us. That was never part of the dream! How to move on from here?

‘If someone invented a pain and suffering index for legal matters, family law would be at the highest end of the scale. Divorce places slightly below the death of a spouse or child as a traumatic life event.’ -  John V Mc Shane

In this interactive workshop Natasha Sutherland facilitates a journey towards not just surviving this painful experience, but thriving in spite  of it.

‘Divorce rocks the very foundation of our beings, leaving us feeling lonely, flawed, enraged, undesirable, hopeless and empty….The end of your marriage can be the first step to spiritual transformation. Learn to use your divorce- don’t let your divorce use you!’ – Debbie Ford from ‘Spiritual Divorce’

The workshop provides insight into turning the tables on your divorce. In a safe and non judgmental space The eX Factor  : Road to Divorce Recovery  explores commonly asked questions surrounding legalities, co parenting, anger, denial, distrust, closure  and dating, to name but a few, by exploring the themes of acceptance,  accountability, compassion , choice, and co creation.  You are not alone, so join like minded people and take a step towards healing.

The Rose : aSpiritual Approach to Weight Loss

Do you have a love/ hate relationship with food? Are you tired of being on the see saw of starve & binge? Do you loath your body?

Ok. So your weight loss goals are set: The skinny jeans you cant wait to fit into are hanging in your closet. The nutritionist’s eating plan is stuck on the fridge. The personal trainer’s motivating checklist is on your treadmill. And the kitchen is stocked with low- fat –no- fat -green & crunchy everything! Then why oh why do you still reach for that packet of crisps …that chocolate bar?! Why do you sleep in late instead of going for that early walk that you know will make u feel better? WHY?

Muchness Workshop: Moms & Munchkins

“Why can’t you fly now mother?”

“Because I am grown up, Dearest. When people grow up they forget the way.”’ – From Peter Pan by J.M Barrie.

Are you are worried that your child always sees you with a cellphone, an ipad or a grocery list? Then now’s the time to show them you are also good with a wand, a sword and loads of laughter.

It is a known fact that intensive quality play with your children reaps more rewards then aimless quantity time. But can a grown up remember how to play like that? What does a queen say? How does a dragon talk? Will, you be able to take a cream pie in the face? Natasha Sutherland’s unique workshop is designed to help moms (and dads)  learn to play at their child’s level : with abandon, delight, fun and  never worrying about muddy clothes or messy hair.
